Vinaltus

Vinaltus is a boutique winery in Almaj, Dolj, set among the rolling hills of Dealurile Craiovei in Oltenia. Founded and led by winemaker-owner Justin Urucu, the estate represents a new generation of small Romanian wineries built around precision, individuality and a close connection to place.

The winery was established in 2018, with its first vintage vinified in 2019, and today works with around 9 hectares of vineyards. Small-lot winemaking allows Vinaltus to focus on clean, expressive wines and carefully considered blends, often bringing Romanian grape varieties together with international classics.

Completed with a modern tasting room in 2023, Vinaltus combines contemporary winemaking with the intimate character of a boutique estate. Its wines offer a fresh perspective on Dealurile Craiovei and the evolving wine identity of Oltenia.
