1000 de Chipuri is a boutique Romanian winery based in Urlati, in the heart of Dealu Mare. Its name – literally "A Thousand Faces" – reflects a philosophy built around individuality: every vineyard, grape variety and vintage has its own character, deserving to be expressed rather than shaped into a standard style.

The estate works with around 35 hectares of vineyards in the Fintesti–Tohani area. Small-batch vinification and minimal intervention allow varieties such as Feteasca Neagra, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Tamaioasa Romaneasca to reveal both their personality and the distinctive character of Dealu Mare.
