Pivnitele Birauas Winery
Pivnitele Birauas
Pivnitele Birauas is a small family-owned winery founded in 2002 in Ghioroc, Arad County, within the historic Minis-Maderat wine region. With only around five hectares of vineyards, the estate follows an intimate, hands-on approach to wine production.
The winery works with both international and Romanian grape varieties, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Blaufrankisch and Feteasca Regala. Limited production allows close attention to each parcel and to the individual character of every wine.
Modern winemaking equipment is complemented by underground cellars used for barrel ageing, giving the estate a strong connection between contemporary precision and traditional cellar culture.
